Music is inherently social, yet current digital collaborative tools (like Spotify Jam) prioritize Linear Efficiency over Social Equity. While these features allow multiple people to add songs, they fail to account for the complex human hierarchies and psychological barriers present in a group setting.

The Mission
The Mission
The vision “Spot On” is to transform the queue from a dictatorship into a democratic ritual. By designing an Orbital UI that automates turn-taking, I’ve removed the social awkwardness of asking "Can I play a song?" and replaced it with a fair, rhythmic experience that ensures every voice is heard—whether you're in the same car or thousands of miles apart.

Have you been in siblings remote war...!Growing up, the TV remote was the ultimate symbol of power; whoever held it ruled the room, and everyone else just had to "deal with it." As an adult, I realized this battlefield hasn't disappeared—it just moved to the music queue. Whether on a road trip or a shared playlist, group listening usually becomes a "dictatorship" where one person dictates the vibe while others stay silent to avoid ruining the mood.
